We bought a house for which Lauri was the agent. Even though she was not our agent, she guided us through the whole process, explained everything in detail, and helped us to avoid mistakes. Lauri (supported by Shaun) was a dream to deal with. She was patient, answered my endless questions and really took the time to talk us through the process and ensure it was as easy as possible. We chose Lauri because we bought a block through her in 2018 and found her to be pragmatic, approachable and very knowledgable about the market and the area (Hilton in our case). We appreciated that Lauri doesn’t have a typical ‘sales person’ type approach and it was like dealing with a friend who we trusted to look after our interests.
