Can't recommend Nick enough. It took him a few days to research our property and when we finally sat down he put to us a very considered detailed marketing approach for the sale. The level of detail surprised me and on that basis we were quite happy to proceed and sign with Nick. He has a great knowledge of the property market, the area, finances and how people respond emotionally with different marketing approaches.
