First and foremost, Nick French is a great guy. He is naturally warm and engaging and it truly was a pleasure to spend time with him throughout the entire process from appraisal, through to staging/marketing and finally the sale. When you're making one of life's bigger decisions, he was extremely helpful and reassuring. Everything Nick told me about my home and the sales process was on the mark! The price. Selling a heritage listed apartment in a strata was a challenging task for Lauri which she handled with dedication and skill. Curtain and Co, sold the next door property to ours, so I spoke with Lauri at that home open. I was impressed with her professionalism during that sale and ask her to look at our property as we planned to sell in the near future. After our discussion we decided to sell ahead of schedule.
