I found Lauri and her team to be incredibly professional throughout the whole sales process. But to be honest that wasn’t the stand out part, it is her very personable, kind caring approach with sincere genuinely wanting to get the best possible result. Her local knowledge paired with being a Hilton resident tops its off. When we starting researching agents Lauri was a stand out accounting for at least 50% of all sales, the other 50% was taken up by 7 other agents. After the ad went online Lauri had 2 home opens schedule a week later. We had quite a few people show up and 3 offers by the Monday. End result far exceeded our expectations with a strong market saw us get $50k over asking price Couldn’t be happier and can’t thank Lauri enough for achieving this.

Lauri was lovely to deal with. She was friendly and caring when it came to selling the house my mother in law had lived in for 60 years. Big move! She was helpful with advice on what to do when purchasing a new property for my mother in law. As well as being helpful in her advice about which offers to choose and what to expect price wise. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Hilton area. Including house prices and what to expect in regards to council. On top of this she had plenty of local advice about what we could do with unwanted items when we moved. Lauri is a fabulous, motivated and compassionate agent and I would recommend her to anyone selling in the Hilton area.
