Our daughter had appointed us as her representative in the purchase of her new home. Once she found the home she wanted the agent for that property was Frank Chai. He was very professional, friendly and helpful and always available to assist us in every way. If there were any queries that we had if Frank didn't have the immediate information, he went out of his way to obtain it and promptly got in touch. If we apologised that we had taken up a good deal of his time, but he always shrugged it of as being his job. We highly recommend Frank to any perspective home buyer.

Seller of unit in Ringwood

Frank helped me sell my property and helped me understand the process and made me feel comfortable at every step. His communication was timely and thorough, and he has a great feel for the market. Excellent service from start to finish

During my property search I dealt with a number of agents of varying quality. Frank is by far the best and has been nothing but amazing to deal with throughout the process, attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly honest. A lot of agents seem disinterested and it's hard to even arrange a booking to view a property or they will try and rush you through and pretend there's more interest in a property than there actually is. Frank takes the time to go through everything and doesn't try and hide anything. He knows the market and where the fair value is for a property, which makes it easy to complete a sale. I would highly recommend him and will speak to him if I look to sell in future.
