I approached Spring, for the sale of my apartment, on the strength of a very professionally presented Mail Drop pamphlet and I felt, instinctively, that Spring and her team were going to look after me. This is precisely what they did. I was never left wondering. All my questions were answered promptly, with respect and to my satisfaction. Spring is profoundly knowledgeable in her field of expertise, and I was updated promptly with progressive reports. I always felt that I was being kept informed honestly and with my interests at heart. Most importantly, I felt personally looked after. I feel that Spring, as leader of her team, is a consummate professional, with the sensitivity to understand individual needs and issues. With the benefit of my experience, and with a most positive outcome, I cannot fault the management of my campaign and would not hesitate to recommend Spring Chen to anyone wanting and needing someone to manage their property needs.

Spring and her team were remarkably responsive, dedicated, hard working, and efficient. From our initial meeting, where we were impressed by Spring's deep market knowledge, candour, proposed approach to marketing the property, and commission structure options proposed, to getting the property on the market, running a campaign, and then a successful auction (on perhaps the toughest day for auction clearances since COVID 19), the process took approximately 6 weeks. Trades were co-ordinated seamlessly, communication was excellent - across multiple channels (including WhatsApp, text message, emails and reports), and any issues were addressed or navigated seamlessly. The team was highly professional, polished, and very easy to deal with. Interested parties were followed up diligently, feedback was critically assessed, and the marketing strategy was adapted as needed - with the objective at all times being to secure the best possible outcome and a seamless sale process for our family. On the auction day itself, the additional touches were appreciated - parking arrangements, coffee van on site, giant bucket of Chuppa Chups at the front door - but it was during the post-auction negotiations that Spring and auctioneer JT were perhaps most impressive - again with the same candour and clarity that was applied at each other stage of the sales process. It was outstanding, greatly appreciated, and I was very glad to have appointed Spring and the team at Fletchers as our agent. In short, 5 star review, for 5 star service, from a 5 star team.

I met Tim almost twenty years ago and I never forgot how engaging and approachable he was. Hence we selected him to sell our property recently. In addition he can arrange an efficient, well-oiled trade team to help polish the property, which is led by Joel and Sam. Finally Tim is backed by an outstanding marketing coordinator, Amy. All the agents I dealt with were extremely prompt to queries leading up to the sale of the property and kept us informed of all interested parties after every open for inspection event. To my surprise, his staff even responded to my text messages after hours and late at night. My only advice is probably to work closer with the stylist or arrange an alternative interior stylist.
