The Agent Ms Jessica Dunbar informed us of the termination of tenancy by the outgoing tenant. Jessica however was extremely confident of getting us a new tenant. She handled the details with confidence, efficiency and finesse ranging from attending to all related matters with the outgoing tenant, advertising and shortlisting of new tenants, etc. for final selection by us. We had fixed the expected weekly rental payable by the new tenant at $750 but we ended up with a tenant paying us a new weekly rental of $800. The new lease was duly signed by the new tenant and we as Landlords were kept closely informed of every detail pertaining to the new tenant taking possession of the rental property by our Agent whilst we were away overseas for our holidays, a fact not known to our Agent. We are extremely pleased with Jessica over her highly professional and efficient manner in which she helped us secure a new tenant at a new weekly rental of $800 - in excess of our expectation of $750 as well as attending to all related administrative matters pertaining to the surrender of vacant possession of the rental premises by the outgoing tenant.
