Helga is an approachable and professional agent who provided a detailed appraisal and marketing plan for my property. She demonstrated a good knowledge of the area and current sale trends. Helga provided exceptional customer service throughout the whole process, liaising with different stakeholders. I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their property.

I couldn't be happier with the support that Helga provided me with the sale of my property. From providing regular updates on the property viewings to feedback on what could potentially lead to a higher value. I always felt I was in the loop and that Helga was acting in my best interests. When I accepted the offer there were some twists and turns on the buyers side. But Helga kept on top of it and always gave me a prompt call when there was an update. I had never sold a property before, and what could've been a stressful period was made so much easier because of Helga. Thank you Helga!

3 years ago we met Tim after researching the apartment market for a long time. He came to our home and showed us some options and we were blown away by what Celsius were offering. He measured parts of our house to see how we used our space and then came up with an apartment option that didn’t compromise on our requirements and was perfect. There was absolutely no pressure and we eventually went and looked at a previous project they had done met with their interior designer and created an apartment we were very excited to call home. Great communication along the way throughout construction from Tim and the whole team and once we first inspected the finished product we were blown away with the quality and attention to detail. Having lived here now for 3 months we couldn’t be happier. Building is great. Apartment is great and couldn’t have wished for a better experience and our sincere thanks to Tim, the whole Celsius team and also the builder. Happy clients we are. Would recommend to anyone who asks us. Job well done.

After selling our home with the intention of buying a 'lock and leave', we initially met Simone at a viewing of an apartment within another Celsius development. Simone was incredibly patient in assisting us in submitting an (unsuccessful) offer for that apartment, providing good counsel in a heated market that demanded quick decisions. Her ability to so quickly understand our needs resulted in her suggesting the development we now reside. Her honesty and professionalism in helping us consider a number of apartment options within the development was appreciated and invaluable. Upon acceptance of our offer, her ongoing communication during the remainder of the construction period was timely and honest. Even though timing may not always have been what we wanted, Simone kept us fully informed of expected access - invaluable as we got close to completion and needed access for our finishing trades. Now fully moved into our apartment we couldn't be happier, both with the development itself and importantly, the choice of apartment which Simone helped guide us to. Simone's ability to understand our needs so clearly and quickly was crucial to such a happy ending. A decision to downsize for the first time can be challenging, but with the support of Simone (and the broader Celsius team) it was far easier than we could have expected. Thank you Simone.
