We had Simone (and Richard) from Celsius market and sell our property within the Lucent apartment complex, in Claremont. We had had tenants in the property over the two year period of our ownership (managed by Celsius also) and Simone took care of bringing the apartment 'back to new' and arranging styling and all the marketing materials. It looked amazing. The property sold at a price exceeding our expectations (whilst we were overseas). Simone simply 'got on with things' and made it all happen within about a week!
