It was great dealing with Vanessa. I felt I could totally be my usual wacky self with her which was great. The purchase went ahead without a hiccup and I thought it wonderful she kept in contact with me to the point that she sent me a photo of the sold sign via text message like I asked. She had to perservere through a delay and keep showing the property until Strata allowed access, so it was a great relief when she didn't have to keep showing the property.

Ross has a rare quality in today's world called customer engagement. I have never had such professional and personal service to this level ever. Ross and his team are a credit to his business and the industry as a whole. I know where I buy and sell all my property on the Central Coast. Thanks Ross!

Ross was great right from the very beginning. We had a great outcome with a price well above what we anticipated. We would have no problem in recommending Ross and Century 21.

Ross was very profession alway keeping me up to date with what was happening with the sale of my mothers house. Ross would advise me of what he though would be a good way to sell the property. However he always listen to me & did what I wanted. I didn't feel pressured by Ross to do anything that I didn't want. Well done Ross. ThAnkyou for selling my mum house & I would recommend you to other people whom are selling their homes.

I was firstly most impressed with Vanessa's positive approach to my property. She clearly communicated the property's strengths and advised that her marketing strategy would focus on the those strengths and was confident that would achieve a quick sale. She believed I could obtain a premium price even though other local agents were less enthusiastic. She was proved right with my achieving the top end of her suggested price range. I was very impressed by her professionalism and her enthusiasm.

I was taken aback a little when I was told what the fee or commission was for a RE agent, but Vanessa and the team at Century 21 at The Entrance have earned every penny! They have kept me informed of every stage of the sale, and have really worked to make it happen. I am very happy with Vanessa and her colleagues, and with the eventual outcome. Not only that, but all the girls are skilled, friendly and intelligent...and they look business-like and attractive, especially Vanessa. I would certainly use Vanessa again if I were interested in either buying or selling in their area on the Central Coast.
