Amazing service very easy to deal with sold my property quickly Got me the price I wanted and still offered valuable advice after the sale I would recommend century 21 at the entrance to anyone in fact I would say don't use anyone else James Whyte

The Entrances top agent
I was firstly most impressed with Vanessa's positive approach to my property. She clearly communicated the property's strengths and advised that her marketing strategy would focus on the those strengths and was confident that would achieve a quick sale. She believed I could obtain a premium price even though other local agents were less enthusiastic. She was proved right with my achieving the top end of her suggested price range. I was very impressed by her professionalism and her enthusiasm.

Re Vanessa
I was taken aback a little when I was told what the fee or commission was for a RE agent, but Vanessa and the team at Century 21 at The Entrance have earned every penny! They have kept me informed of every stage of the sale, and have really worked to make it happen. I am very happy with Vanessa and her colleagues, and with the eventual outcome. Not only that, but all the girls are skilled, friendly and intelligent...and they look business-like and attractive, especially Vanessa. I would certainly use Vanessa again if I were interested in either buying or selling in their area on the Central Coast.

Helpful and positive agent

Beyond expectations
The speed with which my enquiries were dealt with was excellent. Vanessa made me feel at ease in a market that is typically quite nerve wracking. I got a positive response from my offer immediately due to the advice she had given me. After missing out on four other properties this was such an exciting event. Vanessa Roberts Century 21 Coast Property
The team at Century 21 and in particular Vanessa Roberts was pleasure to deal with, she provided a very personable experience for us throughout the entire property settlement. In fact... the best experience we have yet in property sale and acquisition so far.. She will be by first port of call when we venture into the market again!!!
