He is honest , friendly, helpful, realistic, hardworking, answers his phone, gives good advice like he really has your best interest at heart! The way Rafi presented himself, he was polite, very easy to talk to and so knowledgeable about the area of Merrylands and where the current property market is at the moment. Rafi has told me an accurate price guide of what my property will sell for. Rafi did not use other sales agents techniques of over quoting the price just to get the listings.
