Moving is such a hard task organising inspections around work etc. Well I had to organise 2 other single males one with industrial deafness , and was told by so many other agents how hard it would be for us to be successful in finding a place especially since we were coming from a private rental of 7 years rather than a real estate accredited rental. Then we inspected a property through century 21 blacktown. The service was incredible never had any judgement , every barrier we had was meet with a smile and genuine help whether it was a paper application (when every thing is done online these days) language and hearing barriers they went out of there way for us i really can't thank them enough. So thank you to Tarsha and the team at Century 21 blacktown for such a positive and warm experience when moving was a daunting experience they were the shining light of the process and would recommend them to anyone. We finished our application on the Saturday they said they would be in touch the following week from Monday. Instead they took less than 4 hours to accept our application and processed our deposit on the same day. So many obstacles in this rental market in Sydney i was told we were in for a battle and it ended up being so easy. So a big thank you to Century 21 Tarsha and the crew you guys are Amazing!

Evgenia, Tarsha and Stavros from Century 21 Davelis & Co Blacktown are friendly, polite and very professional. They have managed my Investment Property (House and Granny Flat at Doonside) for more than 3 years. They have successfully leased the House 3 times, and the Granny Flat 3 times. Recently, and from Evgenia’s recommendations, I was able to lease the House and Granny Flat to new Tenants at higher rental returns. Higher rents than I expected, and I am now positively geared. The House was re-leased within a week and a half. Evgenia has also offered advice in improving the Property. Tarsha is very responsive, prompt in her communications, and thorough in her inspections. The team at Century 21 Davelis & Co have been managing my investment property for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. After hearing about nightmare experiences that family and friends have had with their tenants managed by other agents, I was extremely nervous about not only finding the right tenant, but a trusting agent that would genuinely have my best interest at heart and had a thorough understanding of the industry and my rights as a landlord. This being my first investment property, I really didn’t know what to expect, but after meeting with Stavros and Evgenia for the very first time, I knew this was the team I wanted to work with. They understood my concerns and answered all my questions honestly. They ensured that I had realistic expectations around the potential rental income and also how long the property could take to be leased.
