We purchased our first House in 2003 with century 21 Chris Delfsma we have I found him very good to deal with since then I have purchased other properties in the mountains and sold some when the market was very slow in 2012 we listed our house at Hazelbrook with Chris and sold it for a record price at the time it reached the highest price for a residential home in Hazelbrook then we recently listed our house with another agent in a very good market for a couple of months we didn't get a good outcome so we called Chris listed the house with Chris and it was sold within 1 week I would have to say there is no better agent in my view that you could get to sell your house
