Nothing was too much trouble, from organising second viewing or even viewing to get measurements and preliminary quotes done, Nick was always organised and catered to our every need and request. The day of settlement, as can be imagined, was incredibly stressful but Nick had everything organised and prepared. Thanks Nick for making this step in our lives to achievable and enjoyable and we wish you well for your future endeavours. However, collecting the keys from the principal agent did leave me with a negative view of the agency, particularly when we have organised a large property purchase, a little bit of prompt service and service without attitude would have been appreciated. Further, we have not enjoyed being hounded repeatedly for feedback about our recent sales experience.
