We chose Matt to be our agent due to his enthusiasm to list our house and also the fact that his office is on the Archer Street strip, something that we saw as important. Matt's communication skills with us were impeccable at all times. He always returned calls or messages asap and kept us up to date with progress at all times. I am the sort of person that wants something done as soon as deciding to to do it, so basically after being on the market for 1 week I was frustrated at not having had an offer. Matt kept patient with me at all times and assured me that the right person would come along. Sure enough that person did come along a few weeks later and that is when we really got to see Matt's skills kick in. He worked for us and got us a price that we were happy with. Matt kept us abreast of the buyers progress the whole way and settlement happened without a glitch. We are now settled in our new home and still a bit in shock at how fast it all happened. We would highly recommend Matt to anybody thinking of selling their home.
