Matt initially provided me with an appraisal with a view to sell at a later time. Through his extensive network of buyers he contacted me out of the blue as my property sounded like something a particular couple were in the market for. The property sold in the expected appraisal range and all with the ease of a few phone calls. Don't mess around with other agents with unrealistic sales plans and inflated apprasials to secure a contract. I would highly recommend Matt for anyone looking to sell their home in the Carlisle/Lathlain area. We appreciated the fact that Matt always delivered on everything he promised us. We found he was excellent in keeping in contact with us throughout the process, always called when he said he would and was willing to do the extra home opens needed to get our property sold quickly. I also found Matt to be completely honest and had no hesitation leaving the selling of house in his hands with little involvement from my end, knowing he was doing everything to get the results we were after. Matt was professional, courteous and his initial consultation completely put our mind at ease as I felt he really listened to our wants and also our ideas on how we felt the property should be marketed. My only regret is that I did not come to Matt in the first instance, and instead had our property listed with another agent for the first six months. If you are after transparency, quick results and an agent who you know is going to get the best offer for you, than I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

He never left us wondering and kept us up to date with every twist and turn in the offer process. Once our offer was accepted, he checked in to see how we were going with our pre settlement inspections to ensure there were no unforeseen delays on the final day.
