This is why I initially contacted Joseph Tan's agency to commence the process of finding an agent. Joseph and his assistant Viviane were able to visit that same afternoon. They were knowledgeable about the local area and thoroughly understood the position I was in. The house was typical of a 90 year old lady's home and they gave me practical advice about the preparation of the house for inspection in a cost effective manner. Viviane and Joseph inspired such confidence in me that I did not bother speaking to other agents and signed with them immediately. After the first Open House Viviane and Joseph began negotiating with potential buyers and were able to gain a highly successful price for the house.
