To list our beautiful family home was a big step that took us a lot longer than we anticipated (we ended up redoing the entire kitchen/laundry/backyard, after having renovated all other rooms 5years prior). After a disappointing experience with another estate agent which lead to a dispute I changed to Century 21 Joseph Tan Real Estate agents to manage the leasing of my property. During a period of some 6 years they executed themselves extremely well by providing very good services and maintained open communications at all times. When it came to sell the property I had discussions with Joseph Tan and Viviane Mylott. They were very clear with the sale process and recommended some house improvements to ensure a successful house sale. These included recarpeting, painting, kitchen upgrade, garden maintenance and some minor repairs. Being remote from the area they brought in a team and managed the total upgrade requirements and at all times they kept me informed of the status and costs. These upgrades certainly added value to the property plus made it easier and quicker to sell.
