4/33 Coonara Avenue, West Pennant Hills has been our investment home for many years which was management with Century 21 Joseph Tan. We had been in contact with Davin for a while before deciding to sell. We were aware of the previous recent sales in the 33 Coonara Avenue complex and other ones surrounding, and we conscious of majority selling in the $800’s. He not only achieved a great result by exceeding the estimated value of the house, but managed to find the right buyer that was equally excited with the sale. His honesty and integrity throughout the whole process meant that a strong bond was created between everyone involved.
