To list our beautiful family home was a big step that took us a lot longer than we anticipated (we ended up redoing the entire kitchen/laundry/backyard, after having renovated all other rooms 5years prior). But throughout the entire process Davin was incredibly patient, understanding and was genuinely excited about our future. And again, once we were ready to put the house on the market, absolutely nothing was a problem! Both Davin and Sheridan were extremely accommodating. We really felt so supported along the way, and felt very confident that they would obtain the best outcome for us. Those scary days between holding deposit and unconditional were met with lots of phone calls and reassurance. David and Sheridan kept us in the loop the entire time and we cannot recommend them enough to anyone considering signing them as their agents. After a disappointing experience with another estate agent which lead to a dispute I changed to Century 21 Joseph Tan Real Estate agents to manage the leasing of my property. During a period of some 6 years they executed themselves extremely well by providing very good services and maintained open communications at all times. When it came to sell the property I had discussions with Joseph Tan and Viviane Mylott. They were very clear with the sale process and recommended some house improvements to ensure a successful house sale. These included recarpeting, painting, kitchen upgrade, garden maintenance and some minor repairs. Being remote from the area they brought in a team and managed the total upgrade requirements and at all times they kept me informed of the status and costs. These upgrades certainly added value to the property plus made it easier and quicker to sell. I'm very pleased with the service they provided and I'd recommend them to anyone who is interested in selling their property. Thank you both very much for a job very well done.

Not only did we come away with the best price we could have wished, but the house sold after the first open home, more importantly we have found life long friends in Davin and his team. Davin and Sheridan got the business done, but what sets them apart was they did so whilst maintaining a family ethos throughout the entire process. We were there every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble for any of his team. We were never left in the dark about any facet of our presentation or marketing strategies. They de-stressed the entire process - it was fun !! During the inevitable 'anxious moments', Davin and Sheridan were always there with a soothing word and reassuring professionalism - you cannot buy that!! We found this also ran through all of the contracting team that they recommended. On time, easy to communicate, knew their "stuff" and respected their real estate Davin - we found this very refreshing. Yet another validation that we had chosen wisely. The only downside is that now we no longer have them in our daily lives. We would recommend Davin and his Team in a heartbeat.

I was provided with support to de-clutter the house and tidy up the garden, and was given general advice for presentation. I thank them for organising tradespeople to help facilitate the preparation required for sale. Joseph Tan's Century 21 staff were always prompt in communication and operated professionally in all viewings of the house. Joseph, in particular, worked tirelessly and it extended to after-hours and Sundays. With Century 21's expertise in selling property in this area, Joseph and Viviane were able to gauge the mood of the somewhat volatile market during the period when the house was on sale and engaged the prospective buyers for the best price.
