For anyone about to embark on the arduous journey of selling a property we cannot recommend Davin Tan and the team at Century 21 Joseph Tan Real Estate West Pennant Hills highly enough. We first met Davin eight years ago when we purchased our property in Cherrybrook and we have just sold the same property with him so we have experience from both sides of the sales process. Davin deals with both the buyer and seller with absolute integrity, a trait rare in Real Estate Agents. As a seller you know he has your back and as a buyer you are treated fairly and with respect. We thought this was a trait exclusive to Davin until we had the pleasure of dealing with the entire Joseph Tan Real Estate team and meeting all the agents and support staff. They all have the same level of integrity, competence and respect. I guess this stems from it being a family business with family values. When we went to list our property again recently we did talk to other agents but it soon became clear their interest was in getting their commission as fast as possible and not sticking with it to get us the price we wanted no matter how long it took. You don’t get dirty tricks, lies, games, stress or pressure from Davin and his team. Just the price you want. He’s on your side and the process is as stress free as it possibly could be.
