I’m liangwang, I am so glad to write this review truly. Because I actually want to say “thanks” to century 21 team, especially my property manager—Jayne. She is very easygoing and heartwarming, and I am the new one to Australia, renting a house is urgent and necessary for me to stay. I am really moved and excited when Jayne told me that I am the top candidate, and she helped me a lot to apply several materials and even the payment method. Such a nice person and responsible team deserves five stars and even more. I always remembered the day I got my keys, Jayne given me lots of goods as a gift like the mop. Our Agent Melissa was so lovely to deal with. As we are living interstate currently, Mel offered to Facetime us so that we were able to view the property, via a virtual inspection. Following the inspection, Mel provided the relevant link to apply and followed up with advice which helped make the rental process easy to understand and very efficient. That same day, we were phoned by Mel to advise we had been successful with our application. It was fantastic. In the following days, Donna helped us so much with the rental and bond processes. Nothing was ever a problem, the customer service was outstanding.

I have been with Century 21 since 2019. During that time I have not had a consistent Property Manager and that is one of the reasons why I left. Every year I generally received a email in January to renew my tenants lease, this year I did not receive it. I had to ring and remind my Property Manager to follow this up. When I rang, I discovered I did not have a Property Manager and they referred me to an assistant. I felt the manner was too sensitive and referred me to Jon. Unfortunately, my Tennant had to leave the property due to unaffordability. During this time I had to deal with my tenants husband making unreasonable demands on how to vacate the property. Unfortunately, my Property Manager had not had enough experience to support to advise me on how to deal with someone like this. She mentioned a few times that the unresolved issues could go to court. I felt unsupported and ill-advised regarding the situation. So I took it upon myself to clean the property, I was okay with that and thought we could move forward anyway. Unfortunately, I found that any kind of correspondence and communication around my property was falling very short. She had apologised every time this happened for different reasons on why she didn’t get back to me. I decided that I needed to find another Real Estate company that does look after their customers and have better communication protocols.
