From the minute we met Mel she was so kind, supportive and wow her communication was impeccable. From when we viewed the property, we were moving in less than 2 weeks. Century 21 definitely goes above and beyond and treats everyone with so much kindness. We have owned a number of properties over the years but are currently renting, Century 21 presented us with a gift bag when we collected keys with the most thoughtful gifts to help with the move. My place of employment also uses Century 21 for holiday letting a number of properties and we could never fault their service and support. I would highly recommend Mel and Century 21. Thank you!

Mel was so warm and engaging. Made myself and my elderly mother feel safe and trusting of her immediately. Followed up promptly and called personally to relay outcome. Donna was equally efficient and welcoming. She called to apologize for the late sending of paperwork (same day) due to out of control weekend weather events that had occurred. Very happy so far with the clear communication.
