Over the last few months, the Century 21 Maddies Hermans’ team has assisted me with a property purchase and subsequent property lease, management and repairs. I have found the team to be very professional and competent at all stages, and have been particularly impressed by their clear and timely communication, and their positive and proactive attitude to various challenges as they arise. I have 20 years experience in the property industry across three jurisdictions and found this agency to be the best that I have had dealings with. A plug to Brendon (Sales), Mel (leasing), Jake (management) and Maddie (principal) - excellent work, thank you.

Our brand new rental property was advertised more than 3 months with another agency and could get a single tenement to inspect. After Changing to Century 21 Maddies Hermans' it was rented in less 3 weeks. Great real estate agent who understands the requirement of both tenants and investers.

Have used Maddies for the past 6 years and have been extremely happy with the service provided by the real estate team. Problems have always been promptly attended to and the tradespeople the agency use to conduct general maintenance are reliable and reasonably priced. Communication is promptly responded to in a professional manner and I have always had confidence my asset is being well managed. I have always recommended this agent to my friends and family and would not hesitate to recommend Maddies to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and hard working agent!
