The property management team are very helpful and went to extra lengths to ensure that the property was up to scratch for viewing when it became vacant. The managing agents even went in and cleaned parts of the property themselves and did some handy work around the house which is just amazing dedication. I held out little hope of finding a tenant during the pandemic but not only did they find a tenant the property was only vacant for about two weeks so great work.
