Maddie and her staff are always responsive to our questions and quick to ensure all our property management issues are sorted. We currently have two properties under her management and will be adding a futher two in the coming months. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else after poor outcomes with two other agencies in the area.

Excellent service. Found a tenant very quickly, and has been helpful in offering advice on best way to maximise the rental income on our property. Achieved higher rental amount than what we thought, which has been a bonus.

The property management team are very helpful and went to extra lengths to ensure that the property was up to scratch for viewing when it became vacant. The managing agents even went in and cleaned parts of the property themselves and did some handy work around the house which is just amazing dedication. I held out little hope of finding a tenant during the pandemic but not only did they find a tenant the property was only vacant for about two weeks so great work.

Was recommended century 21 by a few people and my initial meeting with Maddie and the team was great. There were at times miscommunication from the real estate and once I connected them seeking clarification, it was cleared up.

I only started letting out my unit at the end of February. Century 21 Maddies Hermans did the final setting up of the unit and leased it out within days. They have been professional and prompt with communications and management.

I would like to thank Lyndal and the team at Century 21 for the great work they provided in managing our property at 159 Margate Parade. I would like to make note of my request to limit expenses on the property as we had purchased the lot to develop.
