We were shown houses by a number of agents but Michael seemed to understand our requirements best and showed us a number of houses that were within our specifications before negotiating the purchase of the house we bought. He was particularly helpful in closing the purchase through to exchange of contracts, a slightly difficult process as we were in Sydney and the seller required assistance. Michael was effective, efficient and easy to deal with.

Michael was always contactable (even after hours) and seemed to make a good effort to keep us informed over the time of contract exchange. Everything was clear and the process was very smooth. We were very happy with how comfortable the whole process was and didn't feel like we were being sold or talked into anything which was great. Hence the excellent review. Although, he did struggle to open a front door... :)

Michael it's by far a head of the near him estate agents of the area. Easy to get on because his groundet character. He promises dinners after the result of a sale but when invited never has time.Anyway the bottom line is gets the job done. Regards Aristotle Soulis
