We are really grateful for how it turned out since we hired Space Real Estate as our agent. They work super well. We have no issue but happiness. I really appreciate how hardworking they are. They can offer fortnight rental transfer which really helps with our home loan repayment. I would like to mention our property manager Wendy is very friendly, responsible and knowledgeable. Wendy always lease our property within two weeks, most time no gap between last lease termination day and new lease start day. She does not only update us frequently to review the rental but also provide us all the feedback of the house immediately. The office team also responds our enquiries efficiently.
