Rental Process
I found Space Real Estate the quickest in assessing rental applications. We were initially greeted by Sudha at the Oran Park rental property for the Saturday afternoon inspection he was very warm and friendly, and was able to answer all our questions. We lodged our rental application over the weekend, I had Roxanne calling us on Monday to congratulate us on our successful application. Roxanne has been very efficient, was able to conveniently send all the documents required for signing electronically, and has responded quickly to any messages left. Roxanne has been very approachable, helpful and easy to talk to. We just picked the Keys up today meaning the whole process took less than 1 week from start to finish......fantastic service......, the office staff were informative and nice to talk to also. Space Real Estate have a great team, consistently demonstrating a high level of customer service across all sections of their agency. They have made the process a pleasant experience in a situation of high rental demand which can be highly stressful. Well done, we highly recommend Space Real Estate-Sudha and his team are absolute fantastic.

Excellent friendly staff
We had a excellent experience with the service, Wendy answered all our questions and gave very clear rental tenancy reports. The bond process was made easy and clear instructions were given by Emil. A very thorough reportof the house ingoing with pictures. We are very happy with the open communication provided by Space real estate nd have no hesitation of recommending them.

Excellent!
We are new tenants of Space Real Estate - Narellan and we wished we had come arcoss them sooner. Every little detail is thought about not only from the tenants point of view but the landlords view as well. Moving house is always stressful and Space real estate Narellan make it smooth and easy. Massive shout out to Wendy, whom is so kind and thoughtful throughout the whole transition faze. Everything is actioned efficiently. Excellent Service
Words cannot express how much we appreciated Space Real Estate helping us in securing a rental. Both Wendy and Jess were fantastic to deal with and very helpful as this was the first time our family rented. We sold our home and are currently building a new home. Very helpful and friendly!
Space Real Estate have been a pleasure to deal with so far. Especially our property manager Marilyn, who made the whole process smooth, quick and easy for us. We applied and were approved in under 24 hours. The house was very clean once we got the keys and we are extremely happy with how everything has gone!
