We were initially greeted by Sudha at the Oran Park rental property for the Saturday afternoon inspection he was very warm and friendly, and was able to answer all our questions. We lodged our rental application over the weekend, I had Roxanne calling us on Monday to congratulate us on our successful application. Roxanne has been very efficient, was able to conveniently send all the documents required for signing electronically, and has responded quickly to any messages left. Roxanne has been very approachable, helpful and easy to talk to. We just picked the Keys up today meaning the whole process took less than 1 week from start to finish......fantastic service......, the office staff were informative and nice to talk to also. Space Real Estate have a great team, consistently demonstrating a high level of customer service across all sections of their agency. They have made the process a pleasant experience in a situation of high rental demand which can be highly stressful. Well done, we highly recommend Space Real Estate-Sudha and his team are absolute fantastic.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, especially Melissa, Wendy & Marilyn! These women are not only knowledgeable about their field, they make you feel so at ease and will go above and beyond to help you wherever they can. They are kind, compassionate, they absolutely love their work and it shows. I’m currently in my second rental with them. I hand on heart won’t use another agent because they’re now like family. If their level of professionalism is as high as it is for their property management, I can only imagine how much they would look after any sale and purchase of a property they have listed. This is the only real estate I will use due to their high standards and how they treat you as a person, not just a number.
