We engaged the services of Con Katos from Century 21 in Clayton to Auction our property at 11 Rica street, Moorabbin in May 2015.. He did an amazing job marketing the property from the professional photos, brochures, print advertising in the local papers and more importantly the Internet advertising. His whole team were very professional, hard working and very attentive to all the prospective buyers which came through our home during the auction campaign. Come Auction day, there was a huge crowd (more than other auctions I had been to in the area). Con put on an amazing auction, engaging the crowd and got us an excellent result and above our expectation.
