We had a terrible experience with another agent who was always pushy and even made us believe that our house is worth less than it should be and tried to encourage us to lower the price expectation but still couldn't sell our property in 3 months. He knows the local area extremely well and worked very hard to get the house sold less than 6 weeks at the best possible price in such a challenging time, not like another agent who only did lip service. Peter impressed us from our first meeting and continued to impress all the way through the sales campaign. Pete’s knowledge of the local real estate market was very impressive and was further backed up by his long term residency in Turramurra. Before and throughout the marketing campaign I was regularly provided with updates and excellent advice about the best procedures and remedial works to maximise the property’s appeal to potential buyers. This advice paid dividends from the very start with very high turnouts for open house and a sale within two weeks at a price that considerably exceeded my expectations.
