My wife and I were very pleased with Peter's service! The price was well beyond our expectations and was a direct result of Peter's market knowledge and understanding of buyer psychology. Peter ran a confident campaign, didn't miss a beat and delivered in spades, all with a very down-to-earth and direct approach. We would not hesitate to recommend him! Thanks again Peter!

As we’ve not sold a house before Maria and Peter played a role of explaining each step and we’re outstanding with their knowledge and communication. Their help and guidance was above and beyond- thank you

I unreservedly recommend Peter as someone you can trust to sell your home. He not only has a deep knowledge of market conditions, but was able to combine this with an astute understanding of buyer psychology to come up with a marketing strategy that maximised the sale price of our home in the midst of the covid-19 lockdown. Being located offshore throughout the sale process, I needed an agent I could completely trust to communicate effectively and deal efficiently with all aspects of the sale process. Peter was outstanding in this regard, in addition providing straightforward, pragmatic and well-considered advice throughout.

Peter provided top class support and advice when selling our property. His knowledge of the market, his communication skills and negotiation skills but him in s class of his own in terms of other agents that we had previously dealt with His ongoing support is spot on and he keeps his clients in the loop as to what is happening re their property We would have no hesitation in recommending Peter to anyone wishing to use his services in selling their home

Peter did an excellent job in my recent sale in upper north shore. He reports back to me after every open inspection and gives me summary of market feedbacks from time to time. Very happy with the sales outcome ! Well done Peter!

In a good market the decision for us came down to who would attract the most buyers. We compared three agents and all had similar pricing, but Peter was the only one that was able to clearly spell out a plan that would attract more buyers. (The others either relied on the internet or treated it just like every other sale). When it came to the final negotiation (we sold before auction) Peter showed his years of experience and knowledge of the buyers to secure a better price and guide us through the contract changes. If you treat the sale as a major business undertaking (not an emotional decision) then Peter has the right level of professionalism and a good business approach that will deliver a better result. I would be happy to provide a reference for Peter to anyone.

I talked to a lot of real estate agents before I finally chose Peter. He let me feel he is very nice to talk to , understanding, reliable and he's not greedy like some of the other agents. Druing the process of the sale, he's been nothing but hard working and doing his best. Usually, I'm not easily pleased but this time I'm glad I chose him. Only problem is he is hard to reach, if there's nothing going on he will not call you just to tell you that. But after a while I get it. I'd rather he spend all time on doing his job and get my property sold then talking to me. Anyway, if you want your property sold he is the one to go to!

Ours was a belated experience after fifty two years. Peter's knowledge and marketing skills has made the sale of our house a positive experience. We had consideration, care with excellent communication at all times, culminating in a very satisfactory sale. Peter's likeable personality made for a gratifying experience all round.

In my experience, Peter is the best real estate agent on Sydney's Upper North Shore. He achieved an absolutely outstanding sale price for my house - significantly higher than comparable local properties - through a shrewd strategy and an energetic marketing campaign. He efficiently and effectively communicated developments as the offers unfolded and provided invaluable assessments and advice. On top of that, he is entirely professional, open, trustworthy, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend Peter to anyone selling a property in and around Turramurra, Wahroonga, St Ives and Pymble.

I would recommend Peter's services as a selling agent without hesitation. He made my experience of selling my family home as stress free and simple as possible. His honest advice was invaluable and he was so helpful in aiding me to find the tradesmen and people that I needed to utilise to prepare the house for sale. This was particularly valuable as I was no longer living in Sydney but managing the sale from a considerable distance. His negotiation skills enabled me to achieve a final selling price that exceeded my expectations! Thank you Peter!
