When the property came up for lease, they were fantastic in sourcing new tenants in a timely manner, making the whole process seamless. Ashley also went above and beyond in supporting additional improvements, including organising the replacement of the clothesline, installing a cover for the air conditioner, and ensuring the outgoing tenants left the property in the appropriate condition. What really stands out is their professionalism and responsiveness. They are always prompt, open to feedback, and willing to accommodate any requests. The property manager was friendly and approachable. The team members in the office were friendly and patient and reminded me to sign documents on time. All staff took the time to explain things to me. The rental unit was clean when we moved in. They were considerate and made the keys available, so I didn't have to travel to their office.

Exceeded my expectations regarding the leasing process, but taking 110 percent of my first weeks rent after charging me a fee for almost everything they did, I thought was a bit rich, considering the person renting was that keen he paid $50.00 dollars over the asking price, so there was no real marketing required but i still paid that fee that along with others.
