Consistently communicated progress status, promptly initiated the vacancy marketing and open inspection. Sourced and managed multiple tradies and services providers. Provided professional and prompt advice when needed, allowed me (Landlord) to contribute however picked up the pace when I caused delays. Successfully managed due credits from Tenant and finalised the whole process with minimal rental loss normally associated with vacancy however the new rental agreement is set to provide far more long term gains.
