Julia, Connor Marko and Mikaela were all unbelievable to deal with. Really felt cared for. Just the right amount of communication, responsiveness and knowledge that’s required. Everything felt extremely easy and painless. Finding a rental and securing a property can feel daunting but you wouldn’t feel it with these guys. Connor was personable, prompt and goes above and beyond from my experience and for everyone else, I really valued how I was treated as a person. Couldn’t recommend you guys enough. The Rental Team, led by Ashleigh Carr, were extremely efficient and professional throughout the whole process. From exit to signing of new lease. Consistently communicated progress status, promptly initiated the vacancy marketing and open inspection. Sourced and managed multiple tradies and services providers. Provided professional and prompt advice when needed, allowed me (Landlord) to contribute however picked up the pace when I caused delays. Successfully managed due credits from Tenant and finalised the whole process with minimal rental loss normally associated with vacancy however the new rental agreement is set to provide far more long term gains.
