Decision to sell made house presented within and inch of it life, pics taken Thursday it’s online Friday and first home open was that Sunday week out before closing for Xmas 22, 1st home open for 23 is 9th and a young couple came earlier than any others that much so they scared me when I pulled the blinds up.. they purchased the house that day… The entire process Josh and the team we’re keeping me aware of every development that was taking place.
