Most real estate agents I had previously encountered were either awful with communication or so overboard, for a lack of better words, persistent and slimy. Josh and the rest of team Brockhurst, communicated well and kept asking for reassurance that the property was the right fit for us. The only issue I had encountered was a couple of times the office had sent me the wrong form to sign which was more an inconvenience than anything else.
