Josh leaves all of the follow up required before settlement up to his assistants. He gives no contact to the buyers once you sign the dotted line. We found his assistants did not know nothing about the property and where making things up as they went along. This was disappointing

Can’t thank Sarah enough for all her efforts. We were purchasing our first home so we were quite fresh to the full process. She was always happy to help us through what we needed and although the seller was an absolute nightmare, Sarah continued to make the whole experience easy for us. Even when struck down with Covid she was still answering our calls and dealing with any problems that arose. Highly Recommend!!! Did an amazing job in difficult circumstances.
