Josh did an amazing job and i was extremely pleased with his professionalism and commitment to getting me the best price for my property. He had a great selling strategy which is why i chose to list my home with him in the first place and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Josh and his team are definitely worth choosing .. from the top (Josh) right down to his office team and even contractors .. their professional approach .. knowledge .. and 'can do' attitude are a welcome change in today's busy world!! From the first appointment you get the feeling you are part of his extended family and nothing is too much trouble. I had lost one of my furbabes the month earlier and the other one was sick when Josh arrived .. when I checked on Tito I found he had passed quietly while we were chatting .. devastated as i was, Josh's first comment was 'how can i help .. ' .. and that was the beginning of a very productive and easy sales campaign!! Josh's recommendation for the best result was a full paint inside .. walls and ceilings .. and tidy up the gardens .. leaving my pots to sell with the house (he was in fact the only Agent to agree with me this was the best option!!). My comment to this was .. ' yeah sure .. and do you have contractors you can recommend as I don't .. and I've had so much trouble finding good tradies!!' .. 'SURE DO' was Josh's reply .. and so started an excellent relationship with a painter, handyman/gardener and electrician!! Wish I had known them years earlier!! A major thank you Josh for these people ! AND also to his office team .. who were there to answer all my questions and help with tech when I needed it .. they were lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable !! KEEP IT UP Team Brockhurst.. you really were a pleasure to deal with .. and in my book .. definitely NUMBER ONE !!! And to Josh .. I do believe my beloved Tito knew I was in good hands with you ..
