We bought our first home from Danny @ 21 Century. The total experience was great, Danny communicated really well and ensured any questions was answered immediately or got the answers we needed back to us in less than 24hrs usually. He also went out of his way to get us an crucial document requested by the bank over the Christmas Holiday even when he was not working. Great knowledge of the local area, gave good suggestions on the upgrade for the house and ensured all items was working during the final inspection as well and the items that was not got communicated back to the seller and rectified immediately. Great agent to work with and will definitely use Danny in the future.

What I liked the most other than the guidance through the whole process (as it has changed a bit since we last sold). Was that Sarah was always contactable, I can't remember her missing a call. I think if it happened it was a very prompt response. I would (not that I want to) use Sarah again.

I reviewed 4 companies before going with Danny, the other 3 companies their representatives were either too young, too inexperienced, too desperate , or their pricing for my property was not where we thought the market was in these fast changing times. Danny had this calming non pressuring aura because of his experience, and was a standout from the start. Every issue that arose he handled always staying in touch to let me know what was going on. We got a good price for the property, it was only on the market 5 days before we got an offer . and at the end we got a lovely congratulations card that was made from a photo of our property which we will keep as a reminder of our property and this great experience.
