I reviewed 4 companies before going with Danny, the other 3 companies their representatives were either too young, too inexperienced, too desperate , or their pricing for my property was not where we thought the market was in these fast changing times. Danny had this calming non pressuring aura because of his experience, and was a standout from the start. Every issue that arose he handled always staying in touch to let me know what was going on. We got a good price for the property, it was only on the market 5 days before we got an offer . and at the end we got a lovely congratulations card that was made from a photo of our property which we will keep as a reminder of our property and this great experience. We enlisted Danny to sell our late Mam’s house. We spoke with a few estate agents but he was the only agent who went out of his way to meet us at a time that suited us. Once the house went on the market he kept us up to date every step of the way. Our Mam’s house was vacant and he dropped by regularly to make sure everything was ok. I cannot recommend Danny highly enough. He’s a lovely man and a great estate agent.
