Following Josh’s advice we put the house on the market early December 2023 - great advice, timing was perfect with folks still shopping around and competing for the house. With only 2 home opens and 3 private viewings the sale price came in better than we hoped for. Throughout the whole process Josh’s skills and knowledge of the market came to the fore and we had complete confidence in him. He is backed up by a competent team in the office who were always ready, willing and available to answer any questions we had and make some necessary changes to plans.
