Laylah Richardson has been our PM for around a year now, and is fantastic at keeping us in the loop with everything going on with our property, which is great since we don't live locally. She took over from our previous terrible PM and made a big effort to prove that she would not be the same. She posted out Easter eggs to our son when he won a colouring competition through the company, has been amazing with dealing with our insurance company when the house was recently flooded, and the tenant loves her too. She is an absolute asset to the company.
