Tom has been managing out rental property for many years and around 3 months back we decided to sell it. We chose Tom as our selling agent. The renters were quite opposed to the idea and Tom had to go himself to clean the property. The initial response was not good either and after 2 and a half months we had given up hope and told Tom that we were thinking of withdrawing the home. However, Tom persisted and we were able to sell it. I will highly recomment Tom for his never say die attitude and for doing whatever it takes to make the sale happen.

Tom is the best in the area! he knows the area very well and has the right clientele. we have approached Tom based on feedbacks and results from RE. He was thorough, transparent and professional and great to work with. From our initial discussion, Tom has promised that he would get property ready and on the market within 10days. that include furnishing, photos and minor renos. he always us keep in the loop and answer even after hours. he did what he has promised and got our property ready in time.
