I would recommend Tom to be your sales agent because of his superior knowledge of the local property market. Tom was able to give me a convincing argument as to why my property was worth more than what other agents had suggested. I knew that if he could give me such an argument, he could make the same one to prospective buyers. When I first met Tom, I was impressed by his enthusiasm, strong technical skill, and profound understanding of property market. I knew it’s him. When it comes to the actual work, Tom is working highly efficient and so well organised. He booked the photographer even before I agreed to sign the agreement (well done mate!) Tom is also very confident. As he offered the highest proposed price range compared to all other agents I’ve discussed with. Luckily he made it and kept his promise. The most important thing is, Tom shared the same value as me, we were not blindly chasing for higher possible price with so much uncertainty, but aim to have a reasonable fair value at a certain point in time. I guess you can trust him not only from vendor side, but also as a buyer. Thanks to Tom, I found a really nice buyer, and all settled quickly. It was a great pleasure working with Tom. His effort is much appreciated!

I completely recommend Tom Chan to sell any property. He is extremely motivated, completely professional and a great communicator. He ethically gave an evidence based realistic price expectation (not inflated to win business) consistent with the market. He was always polite, friendly, listened intently and gave ongoing progress feedback. His high and focused energy level got things happening and moving immediately. Nothing was too much trouble.
