Tom, without a doubt, is the best agent we have engaged in. He communicates well and regularly with his clients, always proactively looking for potential buyers. He almost knows every household in the Carlingford and surrounding suburbs, and I reckon he holds the largest client pool in the region. If you have construction site for sale, he could easily find you 20 builders to line up for inspection.
