Fantastic experience, with a honest warm welcoming
This was my first experience with Sharyn I had been to many property inspections over the last 18 months with different estate agents and had mixed experiences, some where very poor on there punctuality some where over the top in their brown nosing and some where just rude and arrogant.
I first met her at the first property inspection and found she was very polite and knowledgeable,
She walked us through the property and explained different things about the house and how different things work, she talked about the area and pointed out lots of good points about the location of the property, all in all it was definitely the best experiences we have had.
We where so happy with the property we made an offer, it was accepted and Sharyn was extremely fantastic with explaining all the steps and procedures for moving forward from that point on, Sharyn was with us every step of the way and helped us with everything we needed to do to make the transaction seamless.
I can’t sing her praise enough we had a fantastic experience and I would personally recommend her for selling your next property, she gave that personal touch and a good honest warm experience that you need, you can find a heap of stuck up aarogant agents if that’s what your looking for, but if you want your property in good hands Sharyn is the person to sell it !
She will without question be selling my next property.
