We made it difficult for Brad by not owning a mobile phone but he went out of his way to keep us informed. Brad was very pleasant and patient in his explanations which we much appreciated. Punctual and prepared to spend plenty of time with both us and prospective buyers. Coming out of COVID it was difficult time for all but Brad got the house ready to go to market as soon as the restrictions lifted. As we were not able to travel to the house he took charge and arranged for all the pre-sale work and marketing. He generated strong interest in the sale and we got a result we are very happy with.
