It was no easy task selling in this environment, with social distancing increased phases fast approaching (March) Brad was able to coach us through a successful campaign, managing our expectations and driving results at every point. Brad considered the market (at the time) and recommended an aggressive campaign - hosting OFI's Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday. We received the highest amount of groups through on all occasions with a great interest. Brad communicated at every step of the way and persevered to get the price we were after.
