I inspected the property which needed work and Brad was upfront about its attributes. It was clear that he was always wanting the best price for his vendor (which you'd expect) but equally, at no point did I think I was being fed the usual real estate BS. I told him I wanted the property, made a fair offer, the vendor accepted and the paperwork was done. The ridiculous to and fro I have experienced with other agents wasn't there. We had what I considered to be a fair negotiation process and Brad was quick to provide recent sales evidence to support the vendors asking price.
