We recently enlisted Sharyn Chandler's services to market and sell my Mothers home in Upwey. Having lived in the same house for 67 years, selling it was never going to be an easy process for my Mother, both emotionally and for the fact she had never sold any real estate before. From the time we put the house on the market, until the day it settled, Sharyn was very professional, she took Mum through every step, never losing her patience. She was always available and ultimately achieved a sale in a relatively short period of time. Sharyn didn't entice us in with an unrealistic price expectation. She obviously has a very good understanding of prices in the Dandenong Ranges, set a realistic price range, and after two open for inspections it sold in the middle of that range, in a softening market. We believe we achieved a very fair price, and the family cant thank Sharyn enough for the compassion that she showed our Mother throughout the journey.
